Cycle Blast A 40-minute fun indoor cycling class for all abilities with varying intensity.
Body Condition A 50-minute full-body workout using body weight to create a cardio and resistance blast.
Cycle Core 25 minutes cycling followed by 25 minutes of core toning.
Cycle HIIT A split workout using the bike and bodyweight or dumbbells.
Strength & Condition A full-body workout using weights and bodyweight exercises.
Stretch & Flex A slower paced class designed to lengthen muscles and improve posture.
Legs, Bums & Tums Lower body sculpt session with a strong core section.
BB Pump Full-body workout using barbells and plates with cardio movements.
Willpower Training Two 10-minute bodyweight circuits pushing to your maximum effort.
Boot Camp Circuit training workout improving fitness, strength and endurance.
