Cycle Blast

Love loud music, disco lights, and exercising all at the same time? Cycle Blast is an indoor cycling class with plenty of upbeat music to keep you motivated all the way through. With a mix of intense sprints to steady hill climbs, these classes are guaranteed to make you sweat and burn a lot of calories. This class is designed for people of all abilities.

Ab Hitt

This class is a core focussed workout with high intensity intervals thrown in to really burn those Abs! Perfect for people limited for time looking to get a good workout in.

Cycle Core

This class has all the benefits of one our normal Cycle Blasts but halfway through we get off the bike and jump straight into a killer ab workout.

BB Pump

This class is based around various Barbell exercises with the occasional interval or core exercise thrown in! Throughout the class you can choose your own weights on your Barbell, making this class perfect for all levels of fitness.

Elevate

Very similar to Wilpower in the sense you will work through two different 10 minute Circuits with a rest in-between, already making this a great way to squeeze an intense training session into your busy schedule, however the twist is that throughout the class you will continuously be instructed to stop what you’re doing, sprint to the end of the hall and jump straight into various supersets.

Newquay Boxing Academy

Our partnership with Newquay Boxing Academy allows us to provide a friendly and safe environment for the academy to deliver their sessions here at the Sportshub. With Children and Adults welcome it allows for a brilliant dynamic for all levels of fitness and to encourage more people into the sport or simply just to improve their general fitness.

Wilpower Training

Taught by the man himself. WilPower! This class is 2, 10 minute circuits. You will complete 6 exercises at 12 reps each as many times are you can in 10 minutes. The only person you are in competition with is yourself. The aim is to complete more rounds each week. How much will power do you have?

Yoga

An hour long flow yoga session. Suitable for all abilities this session aims to improve your flexibility, suppleness, balance and both physical and mental wellness through a series of movements and poses to help improve posture and performance.

Military Fitness

Ever wanted a taster of the rigorous training a soldier goes through day in day out? Our Military Fitness session on a Saturday is just that.

Circuits

12 stations, 12 different exercises working your entire body. This class keeps you energised and on your toes the whole time. Exercises varying from; Wall balls, Ball slams, Tire flips, Shuttle runs and core routines this will make you work harder than you ever have whilst having fun. Work by yourself or in a groups of 2 and 3, it’s your choice.

Junior Gym

Got a son/daughter that can’t wait to get in the gym but isn’t 16 yet? Junior gym is for ages 11-15 and gives them a chance to work out in our state of the art fitness suite. This is also a perfect time to spend quality time together.
